Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made via our website, email, phone, or other ordering platforms provided by Neat Storage AKA HA92 Limited.


1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Custom or pre-order items may require longer; timelines will be specified on product pages

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use trusted private delivery providers or carriers like Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Uber Delivery Services, and Purolator
  • Carrier selection depends on size, weight, and delivery location

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and product size/weight
  • Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders as advertised

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Local (Saskatchewan): 1-7 business days
    • National (Canada-wide): 3–14 business days
    • Delivery delays may occur during holidays or due to carrier issues. We are not responsible for late deliveries by carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • You must report damage or missing packages within 24 hours of delivery
  • Claims require: clear photos, packaging kept intact, and product description
  • We will assist in filing claims with carriers, butwe are not liable for third-party shipping issues

2. Returns & Refunds

Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • The item must be:
    • Unused and in new condition
    • In original packaging, with all tags and accessories

Return Process

  1. Email contact@ha92.ca with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will approve and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item to our return address (provided upon approval)
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7 business days

Customer Pays Return Shipping, unless:

  • The item is defective or incorrect
  • We explicitly agree to cover the return cost

3. Warranty

Standard Warranty Period

  • Unless otherwise stated, products come with a 1-month (30 days) limited warranty
  • Covers only manufacturer defects (not damage due to use or transit)

Warranty Exclusions

  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Improper installation or misuse
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Custom items

Filing a Warranty Claim

  • Send proof of purchase, photos, and description of the issue to contact@ha92.ca

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are custom-made or clearance/final sale
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Products damaged by customer handling

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours or before shipment
  • Once shipped, the standard return policy applies
