Shipping & Returns Policy
This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made via our website, email, phone, or other ordering platforms provided by HA92 Limited. The general policy applies only to purchases fulfilled from our local inventory in North America. For international/direct shipments from China or other countries, please refer to the International Orders Disclaimer below.
1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or pre-order items may require longer.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and private delivery services.
- Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Rates
- Rates are based on location and product size/weight, and will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)
- Estimated delivery times:
- Local (Saskatchewan): 1-7 business days.
- National (Canada-wide): 3–14 business days.
- US deliveries: typically 5–21 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons.
Unexpected Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs may fluctuate. If the actual shipping charge is higher than estimated at checkout, we will contact you for approval before shipping.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
- All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims require: photos of the package and product, packaging retained, and written notice to contact@ha92.ca
- We will assist with carrier claims, but we are not liable for third-party carrier delays, theft, or damage.
- Replacement orders are reviewed case by case and depend on availability.
Shipments Returned to Sender
- If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus original shipping and handling costs.
2. Returns & Refunds
Return Window
- Returns accepted within 7 calendar daysfrom the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
- The item must be:
- Unused, unassembled, and in new condition.
- In original packaging, with all parts, tags, and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or cut-to-size products (e.g., aluminum profiles cut to order, custom blinds, headrails, valances, chain, ladder cords, etc.).
- Clearance, final sale, or special-order items.
- Motorization products (motors, remotes, hubs, chargers, etc.), unless return is requested within 3 business days of deliveryand product remains unused and uninstalled.
- Installed, used, assembled, modified, or damaged products
- Products damaged by customer handling.
- Items with dye lot or color variation (manufacturer tolerances apply).
Incorrect or Defective Products
- Must be reported within 72 hours (3 days)of delivery.
- Provide photos and order details to contact@ha92.ca
- If confirmed, we will issue an RMA (Return Label). Do not ship items back without approval; unauthorized returns are not eligible for reimbursement.
Return Process
- Contact us at contact@ha92.cawith your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and address.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or we explicitly agree otherwise.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business daysof receiving and inspecting the return. We are not responsible for banking delays in processing refunds/payments.
- Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
3. Warranty
Standard Warranty Period
- Unless otherwise stated, products come with a 1-month (30 days) limited warranty.
- Covers only manufacturer defects(not damage due to use or transit).
Warranty Exclusions
- Physical damage after delivery.
- Improper installation or misuse.
- Cosmetic wear and tear.
- Custom items.
Filing a Warranty Claim
- Send proof of purchase, photos, and a description of the issue to contact@ha92.ca
4. Taxes & Customs
- Sales taxes are applied at checkout based on the shipping location.
- For cross-border shipments (e.g., US customers), duties and customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not collected at checkout.
- Customs processing times vary and may cause delays beyond our control.
5. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours or before shipment.
- Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
6. International Orders Disclaimer (Direct Shipments from China or Other Countries)
- Shipping timelines are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping companies, couriers, or freight forwarders.
- Such orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- For disputes, we act only as a mediator between manufacturer and buyer; we do not assume liability for costs or losses.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to order samples before bulk purchases.
